Return Policy

Return Policy: 
- Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of original purchase date. 
- Any merchandise returned within our deadline is eligible for in-store credit. 
- Any merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in smoke-free conditions. All tags must be intact. (Unless item(s) does not come with a tag). 
- If any item is sold out, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. 
-The customer is responsible for shipping the return item, as well as the cost of shipping, except in circumstances of defect. 
 
Sale Policy: 
- Any item that is listed as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Damaged or Defective Products:  
- Damage products include but not limited to: broken buttons, broken snaps, stains, holes, and/or inoperative zippers. 
-Damage products do NOT include: loose strings that may be cut off, wrinkles or creases, sizing issues, details not laying flat, etc. 
- The damage claim must be made within 48 hours of receiving product. Please send pictures of your damaged product to: farmgirlfashionFGF@gmail.com within 48 hours from the date of receipt and indicate on subject line 'Defective' or 'Damaged'. Please include your first and last name, order number and name of product.
